Certainly, you can order for yourself as an individual and pay directly online.
3. How do I purchase on behalf of others?
You can purchase on behalf of an individual user or an entire team. Our typical user is a GP Practice Manager purchasing courses on behalf of others. You simply select the number of 'seats' (users) you wish to purchase for. After you purchase, the e-learning team will get in touch to arrange access for yourself or your team.
4. Can I pay via invoice?
Organisations can pay via invoice, but individuals ordering for themselves need to pay via directly online.

1. Can the eLearning be completed anytime and can it be completed in one sitting?
Skills for Health's eLearning is entirely flexible. You can pause your progress and come back to it another time, or complete your course in one sitting. Depending on your contract, users typically have one year's access.
2. Can managers track progress and completion rates?
The Skills for Health's system can designate admin users who can check the progress of their organisation. Admin users can check which courses have been completed and courses still in progress via an excel download.
3. How do you access the eLearning?
Skills for Health's eLearning is administered by the National Skills Academy of Health. After your order is confirmed, the eLearning team will be in touch to organise access for you or your colleague. Please check your junk folder for emails from elearning@nsahealth.org.uk

4. Is there a certificate of completion at the end?
Indeed, all Skills for Health eLearning courses with associated assessments have a certificate of achievement available.
5. What are e-Assessments?
For individuals with significant prior knowledge, you can fast track to an assessment only version of the course to gain your certificate quicker. This is currently only available with Core Skills Training Framework Aligned Courses. Click here for more details.
7. Where is my order? (Skills for Health purchases)
You will receive login details and further instructions from our eLearning team. They will email you from elearning@nsahealth.org.uk, please add this to your list of safe senders.
Our eLearning support team aim to arrange your access within 4 working hours. They work 9-5 during the week and not at weekends. If you ordered outside of these times or after 4PM on a Friday, they will set up your courses on the following Monday.
If it's been longer than this and you still haven't heard from the eLearning team, then something is up! The first thing to do is check your junk mail for emails from elearning@nsahealth.org.uk. If you don't find anything here, then please forward your order receipt to elearning@nsahealth.org.uk and explain that you've not had your access details through
8. Where is my order? (Non-Skills for Health purchases)
The provider will have received your order details and will usually be in touch within 12 working hours. If they don't, we suggest sending them an enquiry and if that doesn't work, feel free to contact us at support@skillsplatform.org.
