With heart and circulatory diseases claiming approximately 200,000 lives per year, more and more businesses and organisations are including automated external defibrillators (AEDs) in their workplace first aid kit – our basic life support training courses are designed to ensure nominated first aiders and healthcare workers are able to effectively operate this life-saving equipment, while also teaching CPR resuscitation.
This vital BSL training will give you the tools to increase a casualty’s chances of survival should they suffer a heart attack or fall unconscious while in the workplace – or to ensure that nurses and other healthcare professionals have up-to-date knowledge of AEDs and basic life support skills.
