From October 2014, people who are eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC), as well as young people and children eligible for Continuing Care, have the right to have a personal health budget. This interactive scenario-based course provides guidance to healthcare staff who will be involved with personal health budgets in a variety of capacities.

The session is followed by a multiple choice assessment with a pass mark of 80%, designed to test learners’ understanding of the course. Progress can be tracked by managers for internal audits and learners can keep a certificate of completion for CPD.
