This Mental Capacity Act & Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (MCA & DoLS) course is designed for healthcare professionals to understand the mental health spectrum, the impact and prevalence of mental health and provide them with tools and skills for working with people with mental health difficulties.

As a result of attending this course attendees will have an improved knowledge base to respond to issues of mental capacity and the deprivation of liberty safeguards and have gained an insight into the legislation and processes involved.

This course can be delivered as in-house or open access training across mainland UK and Northern Island.
