 This programme would be well suited to those working in an Administrator, Business Support, Office Junior or Receptionist type role. Learners will need to be able to demonstrate that they can carry out a range of work activities in a variety of contexts. This includes completing tasks whilst working as part of a team and taking ownership when working on their own.

An Apprenticeship in Business and Administration Intermediate (Level 2) is an ideal programme for those starting out in an Administrative role. 97% of employers say that effective administration is essential to the success of their business; this Apprenticeship will ensure that administrative employees have the skills to carry out such a crucial job role.

The Apprenticeship in Business and Administration Intermediate (Level 2) has mandatory and optional units. To achieve the Apprenticeship you must achieve 6 mandatory units and several optional units to achieve a minimum of 45 credits.

NVQ Certificate in Business and Administration (QCF)

Maths, English and ICT Skills at Level 1

Personal Learning and Thinking Skills

Knowledge of Employment Rights and Responsibilities
