Course Aims:

This two day PRINCE2 Foundation to Practitioner Upgrade training course is aimed at anyone needing to take or re-take their PRINCE2 Practitioner exam and anyone who has taken our PRINCE2 Foundation Plus training course and now wishes to take their PRINCE2 Practitioner exam.

This intensive training course has been developed to progress those who have passed their PRINCE2 Foundation examination to take or retake their Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner examination. Participants will be provided with pre course study material and will be expected to complete two weeks of significant self-study using this. It consists of two full days (depending on previous training and experience), comprising a Revision Day, a half-day revision and Exam afternoon

Course Pre-requisites:

A PRINCE2 Foundation examination pass, gained in the previous six months through classroom-based learning. (Our PRINCE2 Training Advisors will be able to advise where this is not the case - call 01753 857 828.) It is always useful to have experienced of running projects in a PRINCE environment.

Introduction and Objectives

Revision 1 ½ Days

A comprehensive look at the entire PRINCE2 method

• The 7 themes
• The 7 processes
• 2 sample practice practitioner papers totalling 216 questions worked through in plenary and individual sessions
• Instructions in the areas of self-study required prior to the second day

PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam Day

• Preparation and technique for the PRINCE2 Practitioner Examination
• The 2 ½ hour PRINCE2 Practitioner examination
