Course Aims:

Our two day PRINCE2 Practitioner Re-Registration course blends formal presentation with group and individual practical exercises to reinforce learning and enable participants to benefit from others’ experience whilst preparing for the Practitioner Re-Registration examination.

Course Pre-requisites:

Participants must already be Registered PRINCE2 Practitioners looking to re-register their Practitioner status. The PRINCE2 Practitioner status must be re-registered within three to five years of completing the original certification.

Pre-Course Work:

Prior to attending the PRINCE2 Practitioner Re-Registration course participants will be provided with a copy of the latest version of the PRINCE2 Course Manual and a pre-course study pack. Participants will be expected to have completed at least 8 hours of self study.

Course Objectives:

On completion of this course delegates will be able to:

• Have regained a good understanding of the PRINCE2 Process Model.
• Be able to identify the changes and differences between the fifth edition of PRINCE2 and previous editions.
• Be able to successfully attempt the PRINCE2 Practitioner Re-Registration examination.
• Be able to use the PRINCE2 Process more effectively at work to help improve project performance.
