An Advanced Apprenticeship in Sales (Level 3) is an ideal programme for those working in a sales supervisory or management role, or aspiring to do so, as it will provide them with the knowledge and skills to bring success and progression to their job role.

Learners will are required to demonstrate a clear ability to organise and prioritise their work load in addition to co-ordinating the efforts of various team members.

Apprenticeship Components:
Apprenticeships are made up of a variety of components; we have listed below the mandatory components that are required for this programme:
• NVQ Certificate in Sales (QCF)
• Technical Certificate of Knowledge
• Maths, English and ICT Skills at Level 2
• Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
• Knowledge of Employment Rights and Responsibilities
The Advanced Apprenticeship in Sales has mandatory and optional units. To achieve the Intermediate Apprenticeship you must achieve 2 mandatory units and several optional units to achieve a minimum of 25 credits.

Some of the optional units are as follows:
• Negotiating, handling objection and closing sales
• Complying with legal and regulatory requirements in a sales or marketing role
• Complying with the ethical requirements in a sales or marketing role.
• Managing a sales team performance
• Obtaining and analysing sales information
• Prioritising information for sales planning
• Obtaining and analysing competitor information
• Building and retaining sales relationships
• Monitoring a sales team performance
• Manage own professional development within the organisation
