Managers at Level 4 play an integral role in developing and supporting organisational objectives through
a wide range of functions such as managing team dynamics, delegation and capability building, planning
and managing projects and managing budgets.

Candidates must already be working at Level 2 Numeracy
and Literacy

There are mandatory and optional units. To achieve the Higher Apprenticeship you must achieve 4
mandatory units (17 credits) and several optional units to achieve a minimum of 53 credits.

 Manage Personal and Professional Development
 Provide Leadership and Management
 Develop and Implement an Operational Plan
 Develop Working Relationships with Stakeholders
 Manage a budget
 Manage Team performance
 Recruitment, Selection and Induction Practice
 Chair and Lead meetings
 Contribute to the improvement of business performance
