The apprenticeship is aimed at managers operating at level 5, playing an integral role in setting and supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions, such as: informing strategic decision making, managing budgets, planning and implementing change, leading teams and managing programmes of complimentary projects. The course covers communication and interactions to support clients in preparing and completing their chosen actions. Students are provided with the knowledge required to work with legislative and procedural frameworks, advocacy, mediation, representation and formal proceedings.

Managers operating at Level 5 play an integral role in setting and supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions, such as: informing strategic decision making, managing budgets, planning and implementing change, leading teams and managing programmes of complimentary projects Candidates must already be working at Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy.

There are mandatory and optional units. To achieve the Higher Apprenticeship you must achieve 4 mandatory units (22 credits) and several optional units to achieve a minimum of 53 credits.
