This course is for staff who work in learning disability settings and therefore need a solid understanding of the principles and practice of person centred approaches. Attending delegates will learn how PCP helps service users with disabilities plan and organise their future. The course will cover the ethos behind person centred planning and delegates will explore the tools that are used including MAPS and PATH.
