This popular customer service course is designed to support GP and medical receptionists in a demanding role and to increase patient satisfaction. We already work with the large majority of GP surgeries in Oxfordshire as well as many in surrounding counties, and the course is now available in other parts of the UK. Since 2007, over 1000 GP and medical receptionists have attended this lively and interactive day and almost all participants score the day as Excellent or Very Good.

She specialises in delivering courses in the medical sector, including GP, dental and veterinary surgeries, alternative therapy practices, NHS and private hospitals.
