Care Certificate Induction (Theory) 5 Day Programme
Care Certificate Standards became the recommended induction for Health and Social Care Workers. It is an essential element of training for new staff that ensures they are ready to care. Experienced staff should also meet these standards as part of their continuing professional development (CPD). Achievement of the Care Certificate will also help to care providers to meet the essential standards set out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

This course takes place over 5 days - this can be arranged at the organisation's convenience. Price is per learner but prices for large groups can be negotiated.Learners will receive a workbook to facilitate retaining and refreshing knowledge following the course. Certificates of attendance will be sent following the course and a Training Evaluation report following learner feedback.
We require a host organisation to provide an appropriate size training room for the number of learners and the ability to provide learners with refreshments (tea and coffee) and facilities for breaks (toilets).
