At SearchStar we pride ourselves on giving fun, hands-on Google Analytics training that will help you get the most out of your web analytics data. Using your data we will teach you the practical skills needed to monitor and learn from your digital marketing and online presence. We aim to send you away with the essential skills needed to develop digital insight and make real business decisions.

Designed for new and intermediate users the course tackles initial set up, day-to-day management and offers the opportunity to gain confidence and practical knowledge using the tool. We’ll introduce the fundamentals of web analytics, explain how to use the ever-changing GA interface and will show you how to build powerful reports outside of the standard metrics. At the end of the course you should have a good idea of how the back end of Google Analytics works, and a solid understanding of how to track key user engagements.

We work with many not for profit organisations and have experience of helping charities to get the best out of Google Analytics and to develop their digital strategy.

About the day:

  • The course has been designed (and will be run by) Michael King, an accredited Google Analytics specialist with a background in web analytics and digital media technology.
  • Delegates do not need any previous experience to attend this course.
  • Delegates should have access to a Google Analytics Account and they must bring their own Wi-Fi enabled laptop to access their Google Analytics data during practical sessions.
  • We’ll provide enough tea, coffee, biscuits, sandwiches and fruit to get you through the course!
