The International Certificate in Training and the International Diploma in Learning and Development
Did you know about the latest ‘International’ offering from the British Institute for Learning and Development’s International section where staff can train as a trainer or a training designer wholly online? At their own pace, in their own time or office time, and receive an Internationally recognised training qualification?.
You will see from the attached link that The British Institute for Learning & Development (the Institute) have launched a range of ‘International L&D Qualifications’, delivered entirely online, underpinned by the Institute’s International L&D Training Standards:
• International Diploma in Learning & Development (which comprises the above two modules plus Analysing Training Needs to best-practice Standards; Designing & Developing Training to best-practice Standards, and Developing Blended Learning programmes to best-practice Standards
These programmes comprise online, self-paced, self-study courses provided by The Training Foundation, the Institute's Partner, which are modules from the double Queen's Award-winning Training Accreditation Programme (TAP®), available solely to International training organisations.
Each course delivers competencies that are closely aligned to the Institute's L&D Standards.
Successful completion qualifies delegates to join the Institute at a professional grade of membership, so as well as receiving BILD.cert or BILD.dip post-nominals, your team will also receive post-nominals ABILD and MBILD respectively, and also they will have access to the Institute’s online support resources.
In your L&D role, you may also be interested to see the Institute’s published L&D Standards which represent generic best-practice for all aspects of the L&D Professional’s many and varied roles: http://www.thebild.org/landdstandards/landdstandar...
This programme is suitable should you have any train the trainer needs whereby it would be more cost effective for them to have the training delivered wholly online (including an assessment at the end which is assessed through ‘You Tube’ download) and which receives an internationally recognised accreditation from the Institute.
This will save on travel costs for delegates, and hotel costs, especially if your trainers are remote from the training school, or if you do not have not have such a large requirement that would merit a whole course being laid on just for them.
This is a fantastic opportunity to have new trainers and wider L&D team members easily qualified with Certificates and
Diplomas, wholly online, at their own pace, and at the same time take advantage of some great rates.
