Apprentice Recruitment Service
Dynamic Training has extensive experience supporting employers to recruit and train new apprentices to their business. Please contact for advice and guidance about how Dynamic Training UK can support you to recruit for FREE and train your apprentices to become valued members of your team.
We will support you with recruitment of young apprentices aged 16 and over. Our free recruitment services include:
- Our help to match the job role to the specialist apprenticeship training
- Free advertising on the National Apprenticeship Service website
- Short listing and selection of appropriate candidates
- Design of the training package with you which consists of; a day a week training to include full induction, any sector specific mandatory training, work skills and technical certificate to meet knowledge requirements
- One to one assessor/mentor to support the apprentice and ensure they are meeting the competency requirements
- Support for the employer to ensure you are confident with the whole process
Apprenticeships have a minimum duration and therefore an organisation has to commit to employ an apprentice for the full duration of the apprenticeship.
