Course background

If you work in HR you may have wondered how social media can help you find and recruit the best candidates to your positions. This half day course will give you an introduction to how online employer branding and social media can be used to build networks of potential candidates and referral networks to actively target jobs to relevant candidates.

Using practical examples and step-by-step guides on LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook, we’ll discuss and explore what options there are to build an engaging online brand that attracts quality applications.

You’ll leave being able to find your target candidates online, create content to entice people to apply for your jobs and build user journeys which help deliver quality over quantity of candidates.
