Pharmacy Service Skills (QCF) NVQ Diploma Level 3

If you are a pre-registration trainee Pharmacy Technician working a minimum of 14 hours per week for a registered pharmacist, either in a hospital, community or other sector in pharmacy where you are directly accountable to a pharmacist, this course is perfect for you.

It supports your knowledge based training and will ensure that you attain the requirements for professional registration with the Pharmacy Regulator.

Individual e-portfolio to collect evidence of workplace activities.

Assessment will be carried out in the workplace with no requirement to attend college.

Personal study time approximately 4 hours per week

You will need a minimum of four GCSEs or equivalent at Grade A*-C (or New GCSE grades 4-9) including Mathematics, English Language and two Science subjects.

An assessment may be conducted at interview.

You must be working for a UK registered pharmacist in a pharmacy for a minimum of 14 hours per week to participate on this course.

These are the requirements of the Pharmacy Regulator.

You will be required to have a PC with access to the internet in the workplace.
