About this course

Understanding change and the role leaders play throughout a change provides our single greatest leadership challenge. Delegates must come to the programme with a change challenge they have responsibility for delivering either individually or collectively.

At the end of the programme delegates will:

  • Be able to approach change with greater confidence
  • Have a simple framework to analyse and work through the change you face
  • Have a range of tools you can use to engage your stakeholders
  • Be able to lead on wider discussions in your organisation about its state of readiness to make change, and to influence a more positive shift
  • Have a deeper understanding about how to lead staff through change
  • Be able to connect with the real fears and anxieties experienced by staff and develop support strategies to minimise them
  • Have a network of peer managers you can call upon for support
