Course 3 - Complaints Handling

The online Complaints Handling Course from HRUK has been designed to help learners understand the skills and knowledge important for various workplace settings.

Learning Outcomes

  • Demonstrate how to respond to comments and complaints in line with legislation and agreed ways of working;
  • Describe who to ask for advice and support in handling comments and complaints;
  • Explain the importance of learning from comments and complaints to improve the quality of service;
  • Describe how to recognise adverse events, incidents, errors and near misses;
  • Explain what you must and must not do in relation to adverse events, incidents, errors and near misses.
  • Identify the legislation and agreed ways of working in relation to reporting any adverse events, incidents, errors and near misses.

Certificate

On successful completion of this course learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement award from HRUK Group.

This certificate will be produced in PDF format, hard copies of the certificate will be available at an additional fee of £3.99.

Course Format

This course is delivered online via E-Learning. Learners of the course will receive instant access to our interactive student learning portal, which offers 24/7 access to the courses.

Course Duration

All of our Speciality, Mandatory or Multi Sector Online courses require a minimum of between 1 & 2 hours to complete in full. This is only a guide to the learning hours required and it depends on how quickly an individual can absorb the information. The learning is online so it can be spread out over multiple sessions or done in one session.

Learners will have access to this course for 12 months from the date of accessing the course for the first time. There is no time limit to complete the course during this 12 month period.

The assessment can be re-taken as many times as the learner requires at no extra cost. We must advise that the questions do change each time. All of our Speciality, Mandatory or Multi Sector Online courses are designed to teach as well as assess.
