The abuse of adults at risk of harm can take many forms. It can happen anywhere, including nursing and care homes, day services, hospitals, people own homes or public places.

Course Description:

This Level 2 Core Award in Safeguarding Adults Training is designed for care staff and will raise awareness of the importance of adults at risk of harm. There are now 6 key principles to safeguarding, Protection, Partnership, Empowerment, Prevention, Proportionality & Accountability. This course also covers one of the 15 care certificate standards.
