Level 2 Epilepsy and Buccal Midazolam Training (Accredited)

Epilepsy can start at any age, but it most often begins during childhood. It's often not possible to identify a specific reason why someone develops the condition, although some cases – particularly those that occur later in life – are associated with damage to the brain.

The Epilepsy Care Training Course is aimed at care workers who are involved with clients who suffer from epilepsy.

Candidates will gain knowledge on the main effects of epilepsy and the importance of supporting services users to take medication as directed by their doctor.
