Strength-building positive psychology interventions of proven effectiveness; for staff wanting to protect their own wellbeing, alongside promoting self-help skills in the people they work with.
Resilience training has been shown to reduce the risk of depression and anxiety.
Course aims
To develop participants’ understanding of how resilience can be strengthened by learnable skills. The course focuses on evidence-based interventions and self-help tools that are easily applied and taught
To increase participants’ familiarity with resilience insights, interventions and self help practices they can use themselves and pass on to the people they work with

Video material and downloadable handouts are available a week before the course, so you can watch some or all of it at your own pace before the day, or you can watch on the day (you will have long-term access to this resource).
