Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 is a pioneering new apprenticeship standard. This new qualification focuses on the essential knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be successful in a customer service or client facing role. Specialising in the healthcare and charity sector, we tailor all course content to reflect the individual needs of the organisations we support.

All training is delivered onsite, with flexible one to one support from an expert assessor, online learning platform and remote support in between visits.

Staff enrolled onto this programme will benefit from eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an individual member at professional level.
