Resilience Training- Coping with stress in the workplace

Building resilience is a positive approach to preventing stress in the work place. This learning burst is designed to support individuals in understanding what contributes to their personal resilience. Course attenders are required to complete a pre-course questionnaire which results in identifying their own personal resilience strengths and areas for development. On the course individuals will explore their results and examine which areas are helping or hindering their personal resilience.

Resilience training is aimed at staff looking to develop their resilience skills, increasing their capacity to deal with adversity. Building resilience is a positive approach to preventing stress in the work place.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Explore your personal resilience strengths and areas for development
  • Clarify the importance of your health and wellbeing
  • Identify the actions you want to take next

This is a half day training session.
