The Facilitating Learning and Assessment in Practice (FLAP) course enables qualified health care practitioners to mentor students in their area of practice. The course meets the NMC (2008) Standards to Support Learning and Assessment in Practice. To apply you must be a qualified healthcare practitioner.
This course is offered at Level 3 (Degree) and Masters level and is delivered at our Glenside and Gloucester campuses.

For distance learners study time constitutes 150 hours of online study required over approximately three months with online support as arranged/agreed with the course tutors.

For non-credit bearing applications your organisation has been given a set number of places and your Education lead will process your application with this in mind.
