Course Programme

  • To recognise the common causes of conflict
  • To identify the different stages of conflict
  • To understand the importance of effective communication when faced with a conflict
  • To discuss strategies that could reduce conflict in a given situation or to reduce it occurring in the future
  • To discover what support is available should an incident occur
  • To understand the law and reasonable force

Course Deliverables

This course will provide a Certificate for training on Conflict Resolution.

All staff that have face to face contact with individuals who challenge or cause distress; whereby the organisation needs to protect and promotes safety to their staff and others
