This ILM Level 2 Award and Certificate in Leadership and Team Skills are perfect qualifications for team leaders still honing their skills. They can also assist leaders and managers in becoming more effective and confident in their role.

This 4 day course covers

:Develop yourself as a team leader: - Helps you understand your responsibilities as a team leader defining the limits of responsibility and accountability. Acknowledge the personal skills and abilities of an effective team leader and how to improve your performance.

Improve performance of the work team: - Helps you to identify the possible causes of under-performance, provides you with the skills to rectify under-performance. Learn about work place motivation and how to improve your team performance.

Planning and monitoring: - Failing to plan is planning to Fail ! To achieve your organisation goals and plans you need to understand what they are and in which priority you need to achieve them. This course will help you to understand how to plan and allocate work and monitor team performance.
