1. NICE /SCIE Guide "Advance Care Planning"

A new guide from NICE and SCIE aimed at registered managers of care homes and home care services has been developed to help managers of care services to support people to prepare for a time when they do not have the capacity to make their own decisions.

The guide is free to access, and includes advice about helping people to make decisions and ensuring all relevant information is included when developing a plan. 2. E-Learning for Healthcare End of Life e- learning -Advance Care Planning Module

Advance Care Planning is one of the modules in an interactive e learning package related to End of Life Care.

Access to the elearning programme: Any staff member working in health and Social care organisations can access the elearning for healthcare resources free of charge. In order to access any e-LfH programme, you will need an e-LfH account.
