Those working in health and social care in order for them to explore and understand the principles of good record keeping

Level 2 award enables learners to achieve the standard required, knowledge and understanding of a subject relevant to their own work setting.

Good record keeping is an important aspect of a health and social care professional’s role, and it is a fundamental part of care.

An accurate written record detailing all aspects of service user's important, not only because it forms an integral part of the of the provision of care of the service user, but because it also contributes to the circulation of information amongst the different teams involved in the service user’s care.

The course is Accredited by Advantage Accreditation.
