What will I learn from this course?

Within health and social care, compassion fatigue and burnout are at an all-time high. This course will enable participants to recognise early warning signs and to manage these. There will be a focus on building resilience and promoting self-care and wellbeing to support practitioners to manage and support their own and others wellbeing.
