Role of a Management Committee

The National Training Academy
Delivery Method: eLearning

All voluntary and community organisations are run by a group of people, often called the Management Committee. These are the people responsible for the effective running of that organisation. They ensure that legal requirements are met, and the organisation has direction and focus.

The role of each individual may vary depending on the size and nature of the organisation. All committee members must uphold the values and objectives of the organisation and act with integrity.
