This 90 minute session aims to provide you with a basic awareness of how stress can affect their mental and physical health, enable delegates to identify how depression and anxiety may present through exploration of psychological, physical and social signs and symptoms, raise awareness of positive and negative methods of addressing stress, to provide a variety of beneficial techniques that may benefit the delegate’s well-being and sign-posting to related resources.
