Record keeping is an important skill which reflects good practice when completed accurately, equally record keeping is an important tool for communication between health professionals. This course is designed to increase staff skills to complete records to the required standards for quality care and to adhere to legal requirements and appreciate record keeping is as a legal document which evidences professionalism and positive attitude towards client care, safeguarding and respecting confidentiality.

Healthcare workers and Healthcare professionals or in any place of work where staff are completing public records or managing records.

Course Duration

Half day (three hours) Maximum number of 20 candidates. This course is taught at one of our venues or delivered onsite.

Assessment and certification

This course is delivered by a qualified trainer. Candidates will be assessed continuously throughout the training and will be expected to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the course aims and objectives with a final assessment. Candidates will receive a certificate valid for 12 months and a workbook.
