HSG Relational Security Awareness

Relational Security captures the crucial elements of safety on wards and provides guidance on how to improve the quality of relationships between patients & Staff. Relational security is the interaction of four key areas, The Team, Other Patients, Inside World and the Outside World. When combined they highlight the importance of seeing what is happening around you, how to spot triggers and the value of acting before something goes wrong.
