Medication Management Awareness e Learning Course REDUCED BY 75%

Our online Medication Management content is designed for staff working within a care environment. This content is in line with the National Minimum Standards Requirements and recent CQC guidelines. The content will deliver candidates with an understanding of the legislation involved with the administration of medication, along with being able to follow procedures set for safe administration of medication. Candidates will also gain an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and security in all procedures of drug administration.

The course will cover the following areas:

- Understand the different classification of medication

- Name relevant government legislation relating to medication

- Describe your responsibilities as a care worker when giving medication

- Understand what constitutes good medication administration process

- Understand the need for safe storage and disposal of medication

- Recognise the need for proper record keeping and information sharing

- Describe the role of the CQC

e Learning courses are designed to be interactive to help learners stay focused and engaged in the learning they are faced with.

The courses require the learner to perform small actions within the course, revealing further information, or quiz questions to help them reflect upon previous course content they have studied. A CPD certificate can be downloaded on completion.
