    This online First Aid at Work Training is an essential course for first aiders in the workplace and acts as a refresher for their practical first aid training, or as an introduction to first aid for anyone about to take a practical course.     This was a great course as it not had the video with worked demonstrations of how to execute such life saving manoeuvres, there was a transcript too which helped to follow it even more closely.I thoroughly recommend this to anyone who needs to complete such training for personal/work purposes.
