The Skills for Health Level 3 Management Programme is a three day interactive programme that equips leaders of front-line services with the confidence, leadership and management skills they need to help their staff provide high quality care.
This course provides supervisors with information which includes the Trust standards and expectations, the purpose and value of supervision, structure and models of supervision, reflection, contracts, recording, confidentiality, challenging and giving and receiving feedback.
International Certificate in Training (train the trainer) and International Diploma in L&D, includes Theoretical Basis of Learning, Delivery to Best-Practice Standards, Analysising Training Needs; Designing and Developing training; and Developing Blended Learning to best-practice standards.
A two-day programme led by two management experts and is for staff who are responsible for managing a team and/or a budget. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the issues of managing resources within a limited budget whilst ensuring the service they deliver is both safe and effective.
