As a fully owned subsidiary of Somerset Care Ltd, we are well advised on the needs of the care sector for high quality training.
We offer face to face training
We have a training team that deliver hundreds of hours of face-to-face training, particularly designed to meet the needs of the Care Sector. We have a full training calendar running at our training centres in Plymouth and Taunton. But we are just as happy bringing our face-to-face training to our customer premises.
We can offer all the usual statutory/mandatory training that provides employers with the minimum workforce development but we have much more than that to offer with our newest range of Leadership training options.
We deliver apprenticeship training
We are an approved provider of Apprenticeships and will be happy to discuss your needs. We support large Levy paying organisations as well as small to medium sized companies with apprenticeship solutions. We are currently supporting over 800 apprentices that work in the SW region with over 300 employers.
We offer e-learning choices
Our range has a special focus on the Health and Social Care and Early Years sectors.
Our Quality is assured
We are accredited with Skills for Care as a Centre of Excellence - which we have maintained for 3 years. We are graded Good by Ofsted and are accredited with a range of awarding organisations including City and Guilds, Cache, NCFE, and AAT to name but a few. We have been awarded the Matrix accreditation for the last 5 years running for our unbiased, high quality information, advice and guidance. We have established effective partnerships working with many other training organisations in order to increase the scope and depth of our training offer to include a range of high-quality e-learning options.
