Terms & Conditions

Payment must be made in full no later than 7 working days prior to the start of the webinar and Acute Training Solutions Ltd (Acute) reserves the right to charge interest on all outstanding monies subject to the terms of the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. In respect to Webinar Workshops (Open Access courses), payment in full is due unless the client/delegate cancels with more than 14 days notice from the course start date. All prices quoted are correct at time of print. If a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate on a course, no fee will be incurred. Please inform Acute of any change to the booking as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable if a read receipt or acknowledgement can be produced) at least 14 days prior to the start of the training course. If a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the course or if the delegate fails to attend for whatever reason, 100% of the fee will be payable. The courses are constantly updated and Acute reserves the right to alter any of the content without prior notice. Acute reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered a full refund or an alternative course date. VAT will be charged on all courses at the prevailing rate at the time of invoicing. Please sign, date and return this order form as confirmation of your requirements. If we do not receive a signed and dated copy of the booking form, we will assume that you have accepted the details of the booking as per the completed form sent to you and will proceed with the booking and subsequent invoice. Non-returned booking forms will not be accepted as evidence of a cancellation. Please contact Acute for Full Terms and Conditions.

Webinar sessions may be recorded for training and monitoring/evaluation purposes. Acute Training Solutions Limited (Acute) reserve the right to use any session in full or part in the future.

The webinar session will not record any video footage of the attendees, it will only record audio. Any reference to an attendee will be by name only, no other data will be used to identify any individuals other than an employee or representative of Acute. Please advise an Acute representative at the time of booking if you do not agree for you or your colleagues for whom the session has been booked, to be recorded and this function will be switched off.
