Terms & Conditions
Course Fees
Payment must reach us no later than 14 days in after the invoice date in order to ensure timely delivery of certificates, and to meet our payment requirements. Cheques are to be made payable to Ash Trainers (Late payments will be subject to interest rates of 5% per day - calculated by date and charged daily) Please note that we reserve the right to change our prices and our terms and conditions with reasonable notice to customers.
Open Course
Full joining/direction instructions will be sent to clients/students prior to the course start date. Good time keeping is essential and students must attend the whole course in order to meet the required criteria. If a student fails to attend any part of the course, they will not be assessed as competent and will not therefore receive a certificate. We regret that late arrivals may not be admitted onto the course.
At your location
The usual start time for our courses is 10am, however we are happy to change this to suit your requirements. Please indicate your preferred start time at the time of booking. Good time keeping is essential and students must attend the whole course in order to meet the required criteria. If a candidate fails to attend any part of the course they will not be assessed as competent and therefore not receive a certificate.
Cancellations at your location course(s)
We reserve the right to charge 50% of course fee if notice of cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the course start date. Cancelation of less than 24 hours may incur a 75% cancellation charge
Cancellations Open course(s)
We regret that complete fees will be payable if notice of cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the course start date, or if the student fails to attend for whatever reason.
Reservations
Provisional telephone bookings can only be held for 7 days pending written or email confirmation.
Transfers
If the date of the course at your location is changed within 7 days of the start of the course, we reserve the right to make an administration charge of £100.
Certificates
The cost of the initial certificates are included in the course fee and these will be sent to the invoice/requested address and will require a signature. If for any reason, these should fail to be delivered, then we will endeavour to locate them. Certificates will not be posted until full payment received.
If they are to be sent directly to individuals, a further £10.00 per certificate will be levied.
Extra copies of certificates are subject to a £10.00 administration fee (per certificate).

Ash Training cannot be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our control, which affect the course date(s), content(s) or timing(s). Including cancellation or re-scheduling. If a course has to be cancelled, amended or re-scheduled for any reason Ash Training will make every reasonable effort to effect alternative arrangements. Ash Training does not accept responsibility for any accidents or misuse of training carried our by any students whilst on a course or used once they are in any home/office/work/public place/area or arena. Students carry out their training with our organisation at their own risk. Our company’s policy is one of continuous development and we reserve the right to make changes without notice.
Acceptance of the training by the customer indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions given above.
