Caring Footsteps will provide theoretical information and materials for training provided, however it is the providers’ responsibility to declare individuals attended training competent to practice. Caring Footsteps will not declare any individual competent to practice.

Whilst every effort will be made to provide accurate up to date information, the provider will acknowledge that information and materials used may contain inaccuracies. Caring Footsteps expressly excludes liability for any such inaccuracies

Cancellation Policy

In the event of Caring Footsteps cancelling a training session due to unforeseen circumstances, as much notice as possible will be given, and we will endeavour to reschedule the sessions as soon as practicably possible for both parties. Caring Footsteps will not be liable for any costs incurred by any individual or organisation as a result of this cancellation.

For courses cancelled by the provider with less than 2 weeks notice there will be a 50% cancellation charge, and 100% cancellation charge for less than 1 weeks notice.
