Face-to-face Cancellation Policies

You are very welcome to transfer a booked place to another member of staff, at no additional charge. Please just let us know of the change of name.

If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the course date, there's a small charge of 20% of the course fee.

If you cancel up to 2 weeks before the course date, it's a 50% charge, and 100% after that.
