Julia's experience of customer service in industry and her passion to support colleagues and those to whom they provide a service, inspired her to develop a series of workshops designed to increase skill and awareness of how to achieve exceptional customer care. Over the last 13 years, these have proved popular and extremely effective. The lively and interactive workshops and Julia's natural empathy and dynamic presentation style provide an exceptional learning and development environment.
