As a company, we have closely reviewed government guidance and other pertinent information in relation to the current coronavirus pandemic affecting the UK. We have also taken into account the restrictions in force and the requirements of our clients, in terms of their need to ensure that their essential workers are adequately trained and up-to-date in the key skills required to perform their roles safely.
Based on this review, we have taken the decision to return to face-to-face, classroom-based training, following our Covid-19 Secure Pledge at all times to ensure everyone is kept safe, and that people can update their skills with confidence.
We are still providing a range of remote learning options that enable us to continue to support and assist organisations that are required to continue training staff during this period of time and unable to go ahead with face-to-face training as of yet.
Webinars
We have the ability to deliver any topic from our extensive range via webinar through our current online platform.
It’s all web based so can be accessed by anyone, anywhere and with any device. The trainer will be able to talk through and discuss slideware content with delegates testing their knowledge and understanding of a topic.
The system allows interactive poles and assessments which we would utilise in order to certificate delegates for attendance of the session.
For subject areas that require live demonstrations we utilise live video footage of techniques being demonstrated in which the trainer will talk through in order to effectively demonstrate to the class the best practice of how certain manoeuvres are performed.
E-learning
Our current Learning Management System is completely mobile friendly meaning that users can access content at any local with an internet connection via any device. Whether this be a desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile smart phone. The interactive modules talk users through the content with a variety of visual and audio learning cues. intermittent knowledge checks and final assessments ensure the knowledge and more importantly the understanding of this knowledge is clear.
Distance Learning
For more remote learners without stable internet connections or learners that prefer a physical learning option we have a suite of 11 distance learning workbooks. These workbooks are specifically designed to engage the learner to apply the knowledge provided through a series of questions and scenario’s. These can be completed in the users own time frame.
