Amy Ridge

General Manager / Director of Service Delivery

Amy has oversight responsibility for all aspects of service delivery within First Response Training and works closely with Ryan, Jamie and Jenni.

Ryan Davis

Client Services Director

Ryan heads up our Client Services department and is responsible for overseeing all existing client relationships, across both the Account Management and Relationship Management team. Ryan specializes in true partnership working and takes a direct lead with our key and contracted clients.

Jamie Cameron

Operations Director

Course delivery is the responsibility of our Operations team, headed up by our Operations Director Jamie Cameron. Jamie is responsible for training recruitment, development and logistical planning. Jamie’s team spend much of their time working on our bespoke, unique trainer diary system to allocate and manage delivery, ensuring all paperwork and equipment is delivered to the venue or trainer on-time and that our resource is used in the most efficient and environmentally-friendly way.

Jenni Gardiner

Head of Customer Experience

Jenni takes a lead on curriculum and quality, working closely with our Curriculum Specialists to conduct regular reviews and updates on course content. Marketing activity sits with Jenni, as well as communicating legislative changes to our trainers and the wider team.
