Face-to-face Terms and Conditions

Terms Booking. Your booking applies to your specific booking date and location only. You have the right to cancel this booking at any time within 14 days of date of invoice. Changes to, and for alternative dates must be made by calling Grays Medic within 72 hours beforehand. All attendees must arrive on time and attend the entire course syllabus.

Identification is a legal requirement and must be shown to trainer (Driving license, Passport or other photo id).
