Terms & Conditions

Terms of Business for the provision of Immunisation TrainingImmunisation Training courses are offered across the United Kingdom at appropriate training venues.

  • Places will be limited to a maximum of 25 per session, dependent on the suitability of the venue.
  • Training courses are delivered by an Immunisation Specialist Nurse and in line with National Minimum Standards for Immunisation Training” (Health Protection Agency, 2005) and based on Core Curriculum for Immunisation Training (HPA, 2005).
  • Immunisation training delivered by Immunisations UK provides the knowledge base for Immunisation practice, clinical competence when delivering immunisations will need to be assessed within place of practice by a suitable mentor/manager. A competency framework/assessment tool (RCN, 2015) will be provided. Immunisations UK will not accept any responsibility for immunisation related clinical errors.
  • Bookings can be completed online through the website, www.immunisationsuk.co.uk or by emailing hannah.taylor@immunisationsuk.co.uk .
  • All Training to be paid for in full at time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. Payment secures training place.
  • Booking confirms intention to attend the course so cancellation notice must be adhered to if delegate is unable or no longer wishes to attend.
  • Cancellation notice: should you be unable to attend, please be advised that we operate a minimum 5 working day cancellation notice, with no charge. Should you fall outside this period, a cancellation charge of £75 will be made; alternatively, a suitable replacement delegate may be sent on discussion with the training provider.
  • Training sessions run from 9.30am-4.30pm, if the delegate does not comply with these times, a certificate of course completion will not be issued and thus the update training or foundation training will not be deemed compliant with government recommendations.
  • Should a training course be cancelled, alternative dates will be made available.
  • Training can only be offered in accordance with these terms.
  • Complaints must be submitted in writing to the training provider Immunisations UK, FAO: Hannah Taylor.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation notice: should you be unable to attend, please be advised that we operate a minimum 5 working day cancellation notice, with no charge. Should you fall outside this period, a cancellation charge of £75 will be made; alternatively, a suitable replacement delegate may be sent on discussion with the training provider.
