Farai Pfende
Head of Learning & Development
Farai is a registered nurse with 14 years of experience working in the NHS, Nursing homes and domiciliary care. Having worked in both service delivery and management, she developed a passion for workforce development, leading her to gain qualifications in further education.
For 8 years she has worked on designing training materials to meet a wide variety of staffing needs, from the induction and development of care staff, through to senior managers in the health and social care sector.
John Osborne
Managing Director
John has been a care provider for 35 years, working in both the public and private sectors. He created his own domiciliary care company in 1995. In 2005 he joined Direct Health Group as Care Operations Director. During this period he has designed and delivered a wide range of training and development courses. John created the Soundtrack of My Life as a result of his experience as a social care provider, a carer for family members with dementia and a lifelong musician. In 2012 he created JoCo.
