Terms & Conditions

1.0 Booking

1.1 Booking: Once a booking has been secured an electronic invoice will be sent. You should pay this within the stated payment time (within 28 days). Should you policy be to make payment after a training event certificates will be sent via post on receipt of payment.


You can pay using most debit and credit cards, by cheque or by BACS.

2.1 Cheques: Your cheque should be made payable to ‘Knowledge Oral Health Care Ltd'. e cannot accept future dated cheques.

2.2 Cash: Is not accepted

3.0 Rescheduling

3.1 Rescheduling your Standard booking more than 14 days before your original course date: You may reschedule the training date more than 14 days before the original course date a new date will be accepted and confirmed by the trainer.

Cancellation Policy

1.0 Cancelling

1.1 Cancelling: You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. A full refund will be given if payment has been made.

1.2 Cancelling after 14 days of booking: If you cancel your course outside of the period of 14 calendar days of making your initial booking without rescheduling with us and want to book with another provider please note that a £30 charge will be made. If payment has been made a refund will be made minus £30 fee.

1.3 If we cancel the course: If we cannot deliver your course for any reason outside of our control, we will make every effort to contact you via text or email message advising you of any disruption or cancellation. Once the course we will reschedule another date as soon after the course date as possible. If you do not wish to reschedule your course then we will provide a full refund.

1.4 Exceptional circumstances: For example care home closure due to illness, medical emergency. The course will be rescheduled and no fee will be charged. Our Customer Care Team following receipt of documentary evidence.
